CONFERENCE HALL / PARGISAAL

Pargisaal is a bright and spacious conference room with a cozy atmosphere and a nature-inspired location, creating the perfect setting for seminars, training sessions, and special events.
The total area of the hall is 88m², with an additional 30m² veranda surrounded by windows.
The room can accommodate different seating arrangements:
theater style up to 80 people
meeting style up to 55 people
U-shape up to 45 people
reception format up to 100 people.
The hall is equipped with a screen, video projector, sound system, podium, and flipchart. The adjoining room can be used as an interpretation room.
Coffee breaks and catering can be arranged by Café Spargel upon request. It is also possible to order catering from another preferred provider.
The rental price is €70 per hour or €350 per day.
The room is available for use Monday to Saturday from 9 AM to 6 PM. Evening use is possible by special agreement until 10 PM. From 7 PM onwards, the rental price is determined based on an agreement.
For weddings or birthday celebrations, separate agreements must be made regarding both pricing and schedule.
Additionally, a meeting room at Kalevi 17 (veranda hall) is available for rent.(rooms are connected).
