Incubation

Tartu Centre for Creative Industries (TCCI) offers an incubation service for creative entrepreneurs, aimed at supporting their business growth. The programme helps creative companies systematically develop their ideas and grow into viable and sustainable businesses.

Early-stage creative enterprises (fields include design, fashion, crafts, visual and fine arts, publishing, digital services, audiovisual media and creative technologies, cultural tourism, etc.)

Programme duration and content:
• Duration: 1 year (joining is possible year-round)
• Business development and strategy consulting
• Marketing and financial advice
• Support from mentors and field experts
• Access to networks and contacts
• A service agreement is concluded with the participant

Monthly fee: €62 (VAT included)

Creative Accelerator

An intensive development programme focuses on strengthening sales and brand management skills. Participants’ growth is supported through mentoring sessions, hands-on training, and an inspiring community.

Early-stage creative enterprises (fields include design, fashion, crafts, visual and fine arts, publishing, digital services, audiovisual media and creative technologies, cultural tourism, etc.)

Intensive development programme content:
• Duration: 3 months (two cohorts per year: spring and autumn)
• Focus: business idea validation
• Key areas: sales and marketing development
• Number of participants: 12
• Participation: a service agreement is concluded with each participant

Participation fee: 490 EUR (VAT included)*:
* Payment in two instalments is possible.

International cooperation and incubation programmes that expand market and collaboration opportunities beyond Estonia. The Tartu Centre for Creative Industries cooperates with various European creative clusters, incubators, and cultural sector organisations.

The programme is intended for young people aged 18–29 who have practical skills or education in the fields of handicrafts, textiles, or design, but who lack entrepreneurial knowledge and wish to turn their ideas into a viable business.
