The room is bright and spacious, extending across two floors, with large windows that offer a beautiful view of the Tartu Nature House park. The first floor features a cozy seating area with sofas, while the second floor houses a small seminar room. The entrance is located at the back of the Kalevi 17 building, facing the park. Unfortunately, there is currently no wheelchair-accessible entrance to the second floor.

The total area is 32m² on the first floor and 33m² on the second floor.

The seminar room on the second floor has seating for 10 participants plus 1 trainer.

The room is equipped with a flipchart and a TV with an HDMI output. Additionally, it is possible to rent an “Owl” device for hybrid meetings.

The rental price is €25 per hour or €150 for a full training day. The space is available from Monday to Saturday between 8 AM and 6 PM, with other times available by separate agreement. The minimum charge is €50.

The seminar room can also be rented together with the Kalevi 17 conference hall.

Coffee breaks and catering are provided by Café Spargel.
