ROOMS FOR RENT
We rent out rooms for seminars, workshops, informal meetings and other events. All the rooms are well-lighted and provided with presentation equipment.
There is a possibility for long-term rent at both facility complexes at the addresses Kalevi Str. 17 and Lutsu Str. 5 (Antoniuse Õu).
Parking in the courtyard of the Tartu Centre for Creative Industries on Kalevi Street and in the Antonius Courtyard is only permitted with special permits. Parking permits are monitored by EuroPark.
On Kalevi Street, parking is free for 90 minutes in zone B.
Zone B parking hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday–Sunday: Free parking
Important! The 90-minute free parking is only valid if indicated (using a parking disc or writing the time manually on paper).
Parking fee: €1.50 per hour.
On Lutsu Street, parking is free for 15 minutes in zone A. In front of Lutsu 1 and 3 buildings, there is a designated area where parking is free for up to 60 minutes. This area is marked with traffic signs.
Zone A parking hours:
Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday: Free parking

Parking fee: €3 per hour.
