WE C Business – An Entrepreneurship and Leadership Development Program for Young Women
The goal of the WE C Business project is to foster entrepreneurship among women aged 18–25 in Estonia, Sweden, and Latvia. The program encourages young women to test their ideas early and see entrepreneurship as a path to self-realization.
What does the program offer?
WE C Business creates a supportive and inspiring environment where:
Young women entrepreneurs gain new knowledge about entrepreneurship,
International connections are formed and experiences are shared,
Practical online trainings, mentoring, and networking events take place.
Program structure
The project consists of three 6-month cycles, each beginning and ending with a three-day international meeting in one of the partner countries. In between these meetings, participants:
Take part in 12 online trainings,
Receive support through one-on-one coaching,
Join networking collaboration meetings.
Each cycle includes 75 young women (25 from each country), meaning that over the course of three years, 75 enterprising young women from Estonia can take part in the program.
